New COVID-19 Forms Available for Fre

This month we have worked on three (3) new COVID-19 Forms to combat the epidemic and get the world back to work:

• 14 Day Temperature and Symptom Log - For employers to share with their employees to fill out for 14 days after being exposed to COVID 19.
• Mass Transit Re-opening Decision Tool - Public Transportation companies use this form to determine their readiness to re-open.
• Daily Checklist for Managers of Restaurants and Bars - To be filled out daily at bars/restaurants to ensure safety measures are being met.

Option List Condition Value Field Increased to 2,000 Characters
When writing JavaScript conditions in your Option list, you may have run into a limit and cannot enter any more characters. We have dramatically increased this limit to account for folks with lots of conditions in the field. Happy Scripting!
