Lookup - Dynamic Attributes - Filter Not Working on iPhone

Hi,

 

We've just rolled out a form to a few users and our iPhone users are reporting that a lookup list is not working with a Filter Dynamic Attribute applied, whereas the users with Android devices (along with my extensive testing) are showing that it works.

 

Any ideas?

  Hi Andrew, glad to see your team using the new Lookup element and we can definitely help you troubleshoot. My recommendation would be to submit a ticket to support@zerionsoftware.com and include the profile id, page ids, and what filter criteria you're using. this will give our team the information needed to quickly resolve your issue.
