Full size photo upload for Webforms
Hi, we are a longterm partner with Zerion, and i-form is our global reporting system for water projects completed by our partners in Africa and Asia.
At present reports are completed in 13 different countries and are then sent to regional offices for editing before then being sent to our head office in USA.
I would ask you to please change the webforms to allow upload of full size photos - at present the maximum is 256kb. This makes webforms redundant for our organisation as all of our reports from the 13 countries include 8-10 photos per completed report that are then edited and automated to a PDF output which is then printed and given to donors. We need the ability to replace, edit and upload photos using webforms.
Thank you for considering this request.

From Jason: "Hi Joe, Thanks for the quick reply. From our side…reports are collected using an iPhone 8+. Each report has 8-10 photos (subforms for each photo, within the parent report). The report is uploaded from the field (say Uganda) and then sent to a regional head office for editing - the preference would be to edit this on webforms. The report would NOT be re-assigned back to a mobile device of the field partner in Uganda. It would be edited on the web form and then sent on to our USA head office, who would also edit on a webform. In summary, I’m trying to avoid having the regional and head office having to edit the reports on mobile devices when all their usual work activities are completed on a laptop…make sense? Thanks for considering this request."

Adding a comment to this post. Our organization uses iform as the solution for field data capture on a number of projects. There is occasion to edit records submitted from mobile device in the iform builder data view however there is a cap of 250kb on images uploaded via this method. Has there been any movement on lifting the image upload cap beyond 250kb?
