I work in an internal IT support function. We have recently started using LiveChatInc to integrate a live chat support function in our business applications. It would be fantastic if we could extend that offering to our iFormBuilder user base, so our end users could create support chats with our support agents in-app. At the moment, they have to go to the nearest desktop machine and fire up our back-end app to initiate a chat session, which is not practical. LiveChatInc has capability to embed their chat app in mobile apps, so it would be great if iFormBuilder could integrate so that we could connect our LiveChatInc to our Zerion account.
If this is considered, please reach out to discuss as LiveChatInc is quite flexible and I feel we could contribute to maximise the potential benefits to integrating with LiveChatInc.
