iForm installation - server name not defaulted
When a user installs the iform app, can the field for the server name be left blank so the user needs to type in the server name? Alternatively, can the error message be changed to include 'invalid username/password or server name'?
This is because some of our users have tried to sign in to the app and haven't realised that they need to change the server name even though we have sent instructions that say to change the server name.

Hi, Therese. Thanks for reaching out. I definitely think the error message could be clearer and include changing the server name as one of the options. Another option for you to consider is our White Label offering which allows you to brand the app and set preferences (such as server name, etc) specifically to your needs.
