Q: How do I update my app?
A: Go to the Google Play store on the affected device. Navigate to the iForm app and manually update to the latest version.
Q: Was my data affected?
A: Our Customer Success team has already reached out to all affected customers. If you did not hear from us directly then you should not be affected. Nevertheless, we recommend you do a quick check of your data to verify everything is in order. If you do not use Android or do assign records then you can rest assured that your data is unaffected.
Q: How do I check if my data was affected?
A: To check if your data was affected, navigate to the List View for a specific form and look for missing thumbnails on image elements. To speed up your search we recommend filtering the data so that only records in the time frame between May 21 and July 3 are shown.
Q: Will my future data be affected?
A: No. In addition to updating the mobile apps, we have installed preventative measures on the server to avoid media from being affected in the future.
