Hiding the Collect / Manage tab on iForm

Hello everyone, wonder if you can help.  We have users of iForm who are able to view the Collect/Manage tab on the bottom of the screen allowing the user to view other users' form submissions.

Does anyone know how to hide this from the User's iForm?

  Hi, Philip

  Any users with View Rights to a form will be able to see records collected for that form. If you don't wish for a user to see the records collected on a form, you can remove view rights under the form assignment tab in the Admin Portal.

  Thanks for the reply.  Can you clarify what the roles of Collect and View are in form assignment?

  Reason I ask is that some users appear to have the Collect/View tab showing and others do not, even though they both belong to the same user group.

  Hi Philip,

  Are the users in different profiles? If so, that is most likely the reason for why some users can see the "Collect/View" options while others cannot.

  The "Collect/View" options will be shown when "Webform" is enabled under Company -> Company Info -> Services (explained here: https://iformbuilder.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360009841612-How-do-I-enable-Webforms-).

  When "Webform" is not enabled, users will not see "Collect/View"
