Now Open: iOS and Android Beta Program
FeaturedWe are excited to announce the launch of an all-new Beta program for the iForm mobile app.
What is the iForm Beta program?
By signing up as a Beta tester of the iForm app, you will get early versions of our new releases before we roll them out to everyone else. This is extremely useful to you, our customers, in staying up-to-date with the new features and bug fixes we are rolling out and to be on top of these updates before they hit the field. This is useful for us as it allows us to find issues and crashes before we ship the release to all our users.
Beta users will receive access to new versions around a week before we roll them out to the public. The release will be nearly complete, but the feedback we receive will ensure we can find and fix any final issues.
Who should be part of the Beta program?
The Beta Program is great for Company Admins, Form Builders, End Users and Integrators looking to test the app or integration with production forms before deploying to their teams. This allows teams to be proactive instead of reactive with mission-critical applications deployed in the field.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a Beta program, so, there may be new features as well as bugs that may be found when using this app. We encourage users to report the issues and to provide feedback as part of the program. But don’t worry, it’s easy to rollback to the production build, just follow the directions below.
Will Beta users get access to new features?
Yes, in most cases any new functionality that we add into the iForm App will be available in the Beta builds.
PLEASE NOTE: The list of new features will be listed under the TestFlight (iOS) or Google Play Group (Android) under the iForm App Section.
Should I do anything special to test the app?
No, just use the app as you usually would and report any issues you find.
PLEASE NOTE: We have a limited number of Beta users on iOS. From time to time we will remove inactive users in order to free up test slots for new users.

How do I see what features or bug fixes are in this release?
In the TestFlight app, select iForm and you will see a section called “What to Test.” This will include notes to the new functionality and/or bug fixes for the current build.
How do I stop being a Beta tester?
In the TestFlight app, simply select iForm and click "Stop Testing." This will immediately remove you from the Beta program.
How do I stop getting emails whenever there is a new build?
By default, TestFlight will send an email when there is a new version of the app to test. If you don't want these emails, open TestFlight, select iForm and go to "Notifications." Here you can select if you want notifications for new versions via email, mobile notifications, or no notifications at all.
How do I give Feedback or report an issue?
In TestFlight, there is a link to "Send Beta Feedback.” If you click it, you will be able to send an email where you can describe the issue. In the "What to Test" section, you will also see the email address for reporting issues.
We will not reply to individual issue reports, but all issues get forwarded to the right team, and we do our best to fix them. The more details you can provide, the higher the chance that we can reproduce and fix your issue. In some cases, we may reply and ask for additional information.
The latest version is having issues, how do I get a stable one?
In some cases, you may run into issues with the latest versions. If you do, please let us know what the problem is by reporting an issue. Of course, you still want to use iForm. To do this, you can install an earlier version of iForm. In TestFlight, select iForm, then click "Previous Builds". Here you can select and install an earlier version of iForm. Hopefully, that works for you.
PLEASE NOTE: Downgrading may affect local storage.

- Go to the same link as when you accepted becoming a tester.

- Uninstall the Beta version of the app and reinstall the public app from the app store.
PLEASE NOTE: Uninstalling the Beta version of the app will delete all local records stored on the device. As with joining, it may take a while for the changes to be reflected in the app store.
How do I submit feedback or report an issue?
Open the App page and you can submit feedback directly.
The latest version is having issues, how do I get a stable one?
In some cases, you may run into issues with the early access version. If you do, please let us know what the problem is by reporting an issue.
There is no way to temporarily install another version of the app, so if the app is not useful to you, it is possible to temporarily leave the Beta program (see above on how to leave the Beta Program). We will do all we can to fix any critical issues as soon as possible.
