Android End of Life Schedule

CURRENTLY SUPPORTED OS: Android 5.0 up to the latest Android OS.
What is happening?
Over the next couple of years, Zerion Software (creators of iFormBuilder) will be removing support for older Android operating systems. We will continually do this to ensure that our software is the most secure and best-performing application.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have users running Android OS 4.3, they will able to use the iForm for Android app as it currently is. However, they will not be able to take any new iForm application updates, including iForm ES, following the 8.3 release. It is recommended that users upgrade to the latest version of Android that his or her device allows.
Why are we doing this?
Security - Security is of utmost importance to us here at Zerion. Android is constantly updating their operating system for security patches and having the latest Android OS is important to maintaining a high level of security.
Features and Performance Improvements - Android is constantly adding new features and functionality that we can take advantage of by utilizing the latest and greatest operating system.

Hi Folks,
As of today, we have stopped supporting Android 4.3 Operating Systems with our Android Application in release 8.3. If you have already downloaded the app to your 4.3 device you must upgrade your device to Android 4.4 to take any updates.Please see more details about this release here. https://iformbuilder.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360018835452-Android-Release-Notes-8-3.
Our current minimum OS version for android is 4.4

Hi Folks. Coming in Mid April 2019 we are going to be removing support for all Android 4 Operating Systems. Our New Minimum OS will be Android 5.0. For more information please refer to this Announcement to stay up to date with the change.

We are releasing the latest Android Update here today and our new Minimum Operating System is Android 5.0. Follow our 8.8 Release Notes for details on this release.
