Thats right! Web forms are finally here and available to the Public. This initial phase of the Web forms release will allow all Company and Server Admins to collect and edit records.
Using Web Forms, Admins are able to do the following directly from their Desktop:
Dispatch Create New Work orders or inspections in the office and assign them out to field users.
Review Data that is coming in from the field for mistakes and clean them up or re-assign back out to the field.
Fill out forms that require a large amount of typing right on your desktop.
How do I enable Web Forms?
Team Plans or app.iformbuilder.com Customers Please have your Company Admin Submit a request to our help center with your profile ID and we will enable it for your account.
Business Plans or Dedicated Database Customers Contact your Server Admin to enable this for specific profiles. Follow the instructions here.
How do I use the new Web Forms?
You can access the Web Form by opening up a Data table of any form and clicking the Web Form Button to create or edit a record. For more detail on how to do this visit this link.
What features are available?
We are going to be working on web forms in 3 main phases. This first phase of Web forms does have a limited feature set but will be continually updating the feature set over the coming months. Check out whats included in Phase 1.
