Form Assignment - E-mail Alert
I have added my email to the e-mail alert under the form assignment, but I am not receiving e-mail alerts when the report is submitted. Do you know what is the problem?

Hi Atoosa,
Please check under the email alert configuration under the server info tab. You will need to check the host site you put in that field to determine when the emails are being sent, if they were blocked, etc. It is usually defaulted to our host site but because yours was changed to your own, you will need to check on your end to find out more details about those email addresses.

Is your data fully uploaded and visible in the data tab? We had issues in the past where the data hadn't quite uploaded successfully and there was a slight delay.
What email client do you use? Are you receiving emails ok? May be the case that you're experiencing delays.
Also sounds ridiculous, but I'd also check you've spelt the email correctly. I've noticed people do that before, it only takes one character!
Worth checking the above (which you may have already done), please forgive me if you have.

If you are using iPhone, then here you can get In order for you to receive new email alerts when a new email arrives in your inbox, you must also navigate to iPhone Support Number Settings -> Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> Fetch New Data -> Push -> ON.
