On June 4, 2018, Zerion will be launching it’s first ever chatbot, which we have lovingly named Oz. Oz is designed to access our robust Knowledge Base in order to find the answers you need in real time so that you can get back to the business of data collection.
We understand that sometimes your issues and questions can be a bit complex and specific to your workflow. Don’t worry, we’ll still be there to help you with the more complex issues and a live agent can be accessed any time one is available (just click the little chat dude in the upper left-hand corner). Oz is simply meant to help you find answers quickly and easily.
We’re excited to introduce you to Oz and would love to hear your feedback. Like with any new innovation, there may be some hiccups. With your feedback, we can continue to make Oz more and more powerful over the coming days, weeks and months.
