Change the image path of image input element

When a user submits an image in a form using the input type image element the image is saved to the linked dropbox account and the file name is automatically generated.

 

Is there a way to concatenate that file name or to decide what it will be called?

 

dropbox>ProfileID>formName> autogeneratedfilename.jpg
