Is it possible to automatically remove a record from an android device when the record is deleted from the website?

  Hi, Steven.  Unfortunately, there is no way to automatically remove a record based solely on whether it's been deleted from the server.  One option you may want to consider (unless your workflow requires otherwise) is using the Delete on Upload feature, which removes the record from the device automatically once the record successfully syncs to the server.
