Add languages to list of available localisation languages

There are many languages available on Android and iOS devices that arent available on the iFormBuilder localisation dropdown. 

In particular I would like other French options, such as French (Canada) which we could use to input creole or Engligh (UK), English (Ireland), English (SA), which we could use to input other local languages.

  Hi, now we need Kinyarwanda that is not available in iForm, but it really should be possible to configure all the languages ​​available on the device.

  We need to include not just French (Canada), we have customers asking for Belgian French.
