Making the assigned to Default to whom ever fills it out

Hi Guys,

Im working on a form at the moment what im looking for is the Assigned to field, is there a way to make this default to the user thats filling it out? and making it so it displays their name string not the username?

  Hi Karl, I think you want to leverage the build in variables instead of using the AssignTo widget if you are trying to display the users full name. Have a look at the article below and see if that helps.

  thank you for that sir,

  Is there a way to concat both first and last name?

  i did try iformbuilder.firstName, +" ", +iformbuilder.lastName
  but i just got 0 . 0 as a result?

  Hey Karl, in your dynamic value did you also include the commas? If so, that might be the problem.

  Hi tony was actually my fault concating first and last worked a treat it does help if you have a first and last name assigned for that user though lol doh
