Output Device MEID with metadata

It's often useful to track which physical device was used during a survey. The mobile equipment identifier (MEID) would be ideal. The 'CREATED_DEVICE_ID'
currently used for licensing purposes and output with metadata can change over the life of the device.

  Hi Are, Apple hasn't allowed developers to track the device for a couple years now. This is why the device ID can change if you delete and reinstall the application. Unfortunately Apple has put their foot down on this, and there isn't much else that can be done.

  How about device name, then? We are standardizing ours for uniqueness (e.g., DFW000123, VAR000456).

  Hey Jake, looks like device name is something Apple makes available so definitely something we can consider making available as a built in variable.
