When I ask for the date, I'm always getting 10% of the user to provide the wrong date. If they saw a small calendar to chose the date (showing the days of the week), then they would probably get the date right.

  There is a way that you can initiate the calendar on iOS devices from the 3rd Party Widget within the form:
  using the url "calshow://" initiates the iDevice calendar but you will need to use your key value / pairs to deliver what ever it is you're trying to deliver back to the form otherwise you will need to return back to the iForm app using the regular multitasking function on your apple device.

  I've not tried it with Android as we're pretty dedicated to iOS. I would think that functionality exists though. We'll give it a try and come back to you.
