Hi Jamie, I would check out the starter plan as it sounds like it would match your needs. Also you can use Zapier connector even with a free account.

85 dollars a month is still way too much for our type of use. As far as connecting with zapier the free only connects through a Web hook which limits some abilities

Hi Jamie, the Free account works with the dedicated iFormBuilder connector (you don't need to use the web hook). The starter plan is currently the lowest tier that we offer. Maybe as your team grows you can think about us in the future.

Please tell me how! I've searched everywhere. In zapier when I choose the iform builder app in zapier it wants me to select a dedicated database which is only available with paid plans no?

Hi Jamie, you can use "www" in place of the private database name on Free accounts or the Starter plan. Please keep in mind the limit on API requests with these plans.

Thank you! There is no doubt we will grow into a paid plan. For now it's 1 use but will reach many especially if you add live lookup!

I have done extensive research on form platforms and iFormbuilder is among the lowest cost. I started out with a small account and quickly moved up to the enterprise account as I expanded my knowledge and started creating more complex forms. At 5000.00 a year it is fairly priced, a little higher than some, less than many others. For the features, constant improvements, support, and functionality I have not found anything that we could use without hiring a programmer. I really do not want to see a user fee-based pricing structure because for mid-sized firms it would be very expensive. Did that with several other systems before coming to iFormbuilder and already own the T-Shirt.
