Assign-to and delete-on-upload compatibility
I do not believe that the system allows the re-assignment of a form back to the user who submitted it if that user has a read-only copy saved on their device (i.e. delete-on-upload turned off). The user first needs to delete their local copy. Then the record can be re-assigned. It would be better if when an administrator re-assigned to record back to the user, the read-only copy would automatically get replaced by the record to update. If there is an option to handle this scenario more elegantly than calling the user and having them delete the record, please let me know.

Totally agree. Having a local copy of a record saved (but uneditable) on a device should have no impact on record assignment as it does currently. Expected behavior would be that reassignment would replace the local copy with the latest version and open it for edits. This would make QA/QC processes much more powerful.
