Handover Incomplete Form (eg AssignTo) / Override Required Fields
Not plannedIt would be great to be able to hand over incomplete forms to another user to finish off. Or to be able to intentionally sync and incomplete form.
At present if a user cannot collect all the data on a specific day or site visit, they've got to be the one (or at least their device) has to go onsite to complete the job.
It would be great if there was a method where the user could toggle a field or otherwise to say I want to submit or assign the job to someone else without completing the mandatory fields.
This has got to be an easy and would have fantastic value for our workflow and I'm betting many others.
[PS We tried a toggle field that hide all the required fields and subforms in the parent and brought up the AssignTo widget - but unfortunately where subforms that had been saved in draft and missing required fields even hiding those subforms does not allow the form to be submitted]
It would also be useful where forms are complex and filled out over multi-days and hence there is a danger of data loss (though device loss or damage)

Not sure if this would help you or not... I have a number of fields I use for troubleshooting, or where I want the data without displaying it to the user (i.e. scanned data) - both on the main form and subforms. I haev a single toggle on the main form which controls visibility of all fields, at all levels. I'm not sure what that would do if the toggle were "off" when creating the subform, then turned on - if the subform would pick that up without re-opening? If you knew ahead of time you weren't going to complete it, you could always toggle it ahead of time.
