Hey Paul, just thinking about the user experience here. Groups would mean they need to perform an extra click to open the group and then select the form. If you aren't sure which group the form is in, this could require the user to come back out, and try a new group.

Do you think a search option would satisfy your needs for users with many forms assigned trying to quickly find the right one?

Hi Tony, Ideally - both would be a huge benefit for us - we have around 100 forms that would split into about 10 clear groups making it a bit easier for the users to find the relevant form. If implementing a search function - it may be worth adding tags to the forms as the users may not know the exact name of the form

    Hi,

Is this change anywhere in your roadmap?

To reduce the number of clicks, you could group the forms under a collapse-able header, expanding them all by default. Perhaps a key stroke search on the form or group name if you swipe down too (similar to quick search on iOS)?

This feature would really help us, as a we have users who complete forms for many projects and currently, all we can do is order the forms by the project (i.e. grouping would make us form builders far more efficient in configuration).

To be able to configure the colour / design of the group headers too would be great, similar to the form branding in reference ID 5.

    Thanks,
    Adam.

    Hi Everyone,

We have just recently added a search option for iOS to search the form list. Android is coming soon! Here is a link to how to use the search functionality. https://iformbuilder.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360021920891

    Thanks
