More options for media storage (SharePoint and OneDrive)

We currently use SharePoint and OneDrive extensively for file storage and management. It would be really helpful if we could configure iForms to connect to these storage locations.

Hi Everyone. I would like to get some more detail here into what all media storage options users are looking for here.

We currently support the following

Dropbox

Box

Zerion Cloudfiles

It looks like folks would like to see 3 more options presented for media storage.

Sharepoint, Microsoft OneDrive, and Google Drive.

Of these three which ones would you most like to see implemented first?

Sharepoint/MS OneDrive would be useful as that what we use.

SharePoint would still be a high priority for us. We are also using Microsoft Azure Blob Storage. Both have the ability to store additional metadata and it would be great to be able to map some of the related fields on the form to store with the file. We currently store project number, photo caption, form, record id, parent form/record, etc.

Thanks for the feedback to confirm Sharepoint and MS OneDrive are still relevant.

Rebekah in regards to storing additional meta data I assume this would be configurable per form since each file you would like a different set of information?

FYI - we use Office 365 and as part of our subscription package both Sharepoint and OneDrive are included, I cant speak for other clients but for us, as much as I might want to use different solution is just doesn't make business sense to pay for an additional subscription service to google / box / dropbox when Microsoft provide it as part of Office 365.

Hello all,

I'm excited to announce that this is currently in development! The update will include support for SharePoint, OneDrive and Google Drive. We hope to get it out in the next couple of months. I will post here with more updates.
