Delete folders from mobile device but not from the "my data" section online (COMPLETE)

I think there should be an option to delete folders of records from the mobile device but not from the online system. For example, for our purposes we use iForm for trials. We would like to have the most current years data on the mobile device but still like to access the previous data on the website. Currently, if we delete records, we have to delete them from the online system and they will no longer appear on the mobile device. Perhaps there can be a "check mark" system instead where you check off whether or not you want that particular data set to be seen on the mobile device or just online. The export option to excel helps to save the data, however the links to pictures become invalid if the records are deleted from the database.

Hi Brynn, you can remove the forms from the user's device using Form Assignment. Whenever a trial completes, you would remove "Collect" permission from all users and on the next sync the form would disappear.

All the data remains online and only those who have "View" permission can see it.
