1) Multiple subforms should be set off one from another. Currently, all iterations of a subform result in set of fields immediately following each other without any visual indication they are a different iteration of the subform.

2) Subforms should appear where they were placed on the parent form. Currently, all subforms are listed after the fields of the parent form, which loses the whole flow of the form.

  Hi Joe, thanks for your feedback.

  I would suggest looking into Webmerge for a flexible reporting option for E-mail / PDF reports as a number of folks seem to really like this solution.
