Be Able to Know Where Option Lists are Being Used

It would be great if you are able to tell where the option list is being used before you modify/delete it.

  It would be great if deletion of Option List which is in use wouldn't be possible.
  I would expect error message saying "You cannot delete this option list at this moment. It has been used by XY control on XY form!"
  It is not necessary to list all controls/forms that are referencing Option list that we are trying to delete, but that would be even better!
