Starting a survey/audit with a score

Is there a way to start a survey with a score or percentage of 100 and remove points for non-conformance? We currently carry out site audits and remove 2 or 4 points depending on the non-conformance

  Hi Paul, this can certainly be achieved using JavaScript functions that evaluate the responses of the questions and decrement appropriately.

  You may also want to look into the Scoring built into the server side if you don't need the score available to the user offline before submission.
