    Agreed with Mike.

Likely the best solution, for our company at least, is another checkbox which gives or revokes permission to assign records.

    Thanks,

    Mitch

I agree also, I want someone to be able to create and assign a form, but i don't want them to have full admin rights over users and such.

Hi Stacy and other folks who voted for this feature, as we see more requests came in for granular user permissions , we've logged a ticket with the develop product team. If you guys can share some user cases that'll spur more discussion here that'll be even more helpful. Appreciate it.

    Will keep you guys updated.

A permission level for schedulers (Assign) is sorely needed. They shouldn't be required to be Company Admins.

I have technicians who are tasked to assign work out to other technicians. The reason it needs to be more  granular is the task of assigning work out is all these technicians should be able to do. I have had to check back and remove policies they have given themselves like Form Builder.
