Image Widget - Retain or Embed GPS data into Images

Images are currently stripped of meta data. We have a requirement to be able to demonstrate where a photo was taken. It would be good to embed (or retain) the GPS details in the photo.

[This is a particular requirement to confirm to government regulations that want the image meta data to include the GPS coordinates]

  Hi Hamish, I have added this to 2014 Q4 objectives as well, and will keep you posted as things progress.

  Was this accomplished in Q4 of 2014? We would love this feature as well! in addition to gps it would be great if the image mata could carry a time and date stamp.

  Since about May 2018 our images are again stripped of metadata.

  this is especially important for public forms where we need to be sure photo was taken at a specific location I would favor a gps and time date stamp on every image
