Api for list of Page_ID/Table_Name records

Is there any sort of feed I can use to dynamically get a list of Page_ID records for my account? I want to use the data feed, but I need to be able to get the page Ids for my data without manually copying the ids from the Data screen in the application. It looks like the page_id is tied to the TABLE_NAME, so I'd probably need those in the list as well.

  Hi Ray, all Growing and Emerging accounts with access to the iFormBuilder APIs can issue the following request to return all PAGE_IDs within a profile.
