Subform support for ArcGIS Online Connector

I would like to see the ability to support Subforms within the ArcGIS Online connector. Currently it only publishes the form you choose but I would like to see it publish the related subforms as well.

  This is very necessary! The whole reason we are wanting to use IformBuilder is for related tables and they must be accessible within arcgis for Collector app.

  I think this is a fantastic idea that would definitely enhance our current workflow and integration with AGOL for our surveys.

  Definitely needed for our workflows as well. We typically do surveys that would need some parent form info like start datetime, surveyor name, end datetime, total number of survey sub-records (subform_element.length), total number of observations (aggregation), notes. Then, individual subforms populated via the collector app (drop a point).
