Time in 24-hour Format

Is there any way for users to enter time in a time widget (or similar) in 24-hr (hh:mm) format?

  I asked the same question and it was suggested to use a existing SSN masking widget and change the format to ##:##.

  Hi Ryan, No, this was never answered. I suppose you could do it with two textboxes and some JavaScript to constrain input, but the time widget would be easier.
