I’m wondering if there’s a way form iOS device to copy/duplicate a record from the server under the manage tab.

First of all, it seems only administrator can duplicate record on server, where we can’t have every field crews’ login as admin, but want give them the freedom to duplicate from an existing submitted record, to save them hours from typing same base information when the need to do 2nd/3rd/4th etc. inspection on the same site.

We tried have “Delete on Upload” option turned off so we could duplicate a submitted record that saved locally on the device. However, we found if the submitted form are saved locally on the device, the form sitting on server can never be assign and send to the same device. Even on the mobile device pops up the message says new form been assigned, it never gets sent to the device, due to there is a form with same unique system ID already on the device!
