Filter option list as you type

It would be great to have a pick list dynamically filter as a user types.

For example, with the following option list: 

Aaron 

Andrew 

Andy 

Bryan 

As the user types "A", the list will become 

Aaron 

Andrew 

Andy 

As the user then types "n", the list will become 

Andrew 

Andy 

The user at this point could select "Andy" which is the input value they were seeking. 

We have some long pick lists that take our users a long time to scroll through when trying to find the correct value, but having a dynamically filtered list would exponentially speed this process up.

  I agree and think this would be a major and very much welcomed addition. It could drastically improve the usability for us, and I think it would be a valuable functionality for many others. I would love to see this.

  Agree, it would be a good addition for long list. Having the same issues with a long list, 190+ items. Only way to get around was to use a Dummy value before.

  Ex. First letter of the name = A, B, ... Z

  Then use smart control to filter base the previous anwser.

  I would also like to see option to add other value. Ex. List A, B, C & Other. Type in Other & D. Next form you have A, B , C, D & other available.
