Currently iForm needs to be the active foreground app in order to continue synchronization. It would be great if we could start the sync and then lock the device or go to an other app while synchronization is in process. 

It would also be nice if we could set specific times for the iOS devices to sync. Basically to allow us to perform sync without interacting with the application.
