Have a dynamic field added to the email subject line. So one element value would display in the subject line, like a work order number or location, instead of just the form name.

  Hi all, this is now publicly available (8.8 release) and you can select a field to be used as the email subject from the Email Alert section under Form Assignment.

  We are planning to add this to the platform in Q4 of 2014 and will make sure to update this post once the feature is released.

  I see that a pick list has been added for the subject for the email. Is there a way to choose more than one item in the list?

  Hi John, the field list includes text fields that are also displayed. You can combine multiple values together in a single text or text area to make a unique and meaningful subject line.
