    Hi all, this is now publicly available (8.8 release) and you can select a field to be used as the email subject from the Email Alert section under Form Assignment.

    I see that a pick list has been added for the subject for the email. Is there a way to choose more than one item in the list?

    Hi John, the field list includes text fields that are also displayed. You can combine multiple values together in a single text or text area to make a unique and meaningful subject line.
