ESRI Widget Connectivity with Location Widget
I'd love to see some connectivity between the ESRI Widget and Location Widget. It would be great if the ESRI widget could be hidden from the end user and lat long values populated based on the values from a Location Widget. We've found the Location Widget to be much easier for our end users to operate. We also tend to implement the Location Widget in many of our forms, in order to parse out the latitude and longitude from the location widget and populate separate elements with this data. Since the ESRI widget operates independently of the Location Widget, we end up with a slight (sometimes large) variance between the feature location in ArcGIS Online, and the latitude and longitude coordinates in our attribute table. The coordinates in our attribute table (from the location widget) tend to be more accurate than the plotted location (from the ESRI Widget).
In other words, I like the way that Zerion is heading with the Location Widget, and want to see this widget have more power over the ESRI widget and ArcGIS Connectivity.

I should also mention that our users seem to have trouble using the ESRI Widget, we usually disable the element in our forms so that our users are not tasked with choosing a location for each new record. When disabled, the ESRI widget is auto populated with a users current location. This works out quite nicely, but can be slightly inaccurate, since users aren't selecting a location on a map. Our users end up having to edit the locations of newly created features using ESRI software. Obviously more accuracy could be obtained using the ESRI Widget in iForm if we didn't have it disabled, but our users really do have trouble with this widget...
Thanks.
