Notification upon account locking
Currently, if a user's account becomes locked, it relies upon the user informing the local admin.
It would be nice if a notification could be sent to inform the admin when an account is locked.

I think Sam is right, you must be a Company Admin to receive the notification. There's not much logic in receiving the notification if you're not a Company Admin because you wouldn't be able to action the notification.
I can also see Kam's point. Perhaps we have an option to exclude certain Company Admins from the notification?
In our case, all Company Admins would receive this notification if possible.
