    Hey Douglas, you can sort the records on the device using the reference ID (SORTFIELD). It allows you to define one to many sort criteria and can be paired up with (DISPLAYFIELD) to change the default behavior on the record view.

    Hope that helps,

    Tony

    I want the user to see the records as Ascending values 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,etc not 100,12, 15 for example, can this be done?

    I second this.... users need to be able to sort the records. We assign bulk data to a device and we would like the data sorted by a value within the form.

    Hi Carol and Adam, you can sort ascending or descending by adding either "A" or "D" after the field index you want to sort on.

    Ex:

    SORTFIELD=4D or SORTFIELD=4A

     Hope that helps!

    Hi Tony,

    Thanks for reminding us. I think we will definitely make use of that.

    Best Regards,

    Adam
