Single Notification for Bulk Assignments

We bulk assign many records to a device. For this to work effectively, we need a single notification for many records assigned to the device

For example, we know that 20 trucks are expected to arrive at the port on a given day. We will assign those 20 trucks to a user ready for them to inspect that day. The user is currently receiving 20 notifications, which is a real pain when they're trying to crack on with their work.

  Hi Adam,

  Can you elaborate a bit more on how you are currently assigning records?

  If you select multiple records for a single form and assign them to 1 user they will only receive 1 notification on their device. When they sync they will download multiple records so this currently works as is.
