Dear Zerion customers,
This post is about creating reports (PDF, Word Doc, etc.) for more than one record. As you may know, the default PDF feature in iFormBuilder only allows you to generate PDF for one record at a time. And even if you use Webmerge to create PDFs, it's still single record based. A lot of customers asked me if we can do multiple records to create summary reports and I see a feature like that will benefit many more people. With that said, we are going to work with our development team and see if we can come up with a scheduling feature to merge multiple data into one report. And to make that happen, we need YOUR INPUT! If any of you have use cases for this we'd appreciate it if you can share how you'd want your report to be scheduled/customized, is it going to be generated based on a list of record IDs, time or other filters?
