Make auto-sync update forms/option lists and NOT submit completed forms

Having auto-sync turned on is really helpful to get updates pushed out to users, but in some cases the user may not ready to submit their completed forms. It would be great if auto-sync only updated forms, option lists, etc. rather than submit completed forms as well.

  I've heard this from other customers as well. I'm curious to hear your thoughts, how else would you like to see the "sync" mechanism be more granular or customizable? Right now you're talking about separating syncing forms and syncing data; is there anything else?
