Administration forcing forms

as an administrator there should be an option for us to log into a different account holder's form and force submission even if form is deemed incomplete.

  Hey Lavine, can you elaborate a bit more on this thought and the concerns you are trying to address?

  What I mean is, when a user has a form that is "incomplete" whether because its lacking information or through a glitch in the system, which is what happened yesterday and prompted me to think of this, the administrator account should be able to log in and force the form through, even if it is deemed incomplete. whether its from the computer or directly through the mobile device.

  Thanks for the follow-up Lavine. I can see a number of challenges in the way, but doesn't mean its impossible. Curious to see what others may think.
