What is a device license?

You may be used to hearing user license which refers to a created username under the Users tab. Device license refers to a username logged into the device app which then gets logged into our License table under the Company Tab in the License section. This transaction log tracks the date-time and device information for when a user logs into the app. It is also great for determining when a username may run into a Maximum Number of Licenses Exceeded error.

How do I download license information?

To download the license table information from the admin portal, please follow the instructions below.

STEP 1. From inside the Admin Portal, hover over the Company tab and select License.

STEP 2. Click on the download icon on the top right of the table. 

STEP 3. You'll be taken to a new page with a profile (Company Admin) or a list of profiles (Server Admin). Select the profile(s) you want to download license information for.

STEP 4. Click Download.

A CSV file will download to your internet browser.
