User Management Licensing

What is User Management?

The new User Management interface offers a brand new way to create, edit, and manage your iFormBuilder users and user groups. User Management, which operates through our Zerion Identity Management, gives you much more control over what users can see and do. By assigning users different policies, each with its own fine-grain permissions such as form building, managing users, creating user groups, and more. The new User Management interface provides you with the flexibility needed to create the best user experience.

How do I download license information?

To download licenses for a profile(s) in the User Management interface, please follow the instructions below.

PLEASE NOTE: By default, only active licenses for a user will be shown. And only Company and Server Admins have access to this feature.

STEP 1. From the Admin Portal, click the Mega Menu and select Licenses.

STEP 2. Click on the Download Button.

STEP 3. On the following pop-up screen, search or click the profile(s) you want to export licenses for. You can also download licenses for ALL profiles listed if needed.

STEP 4. Once you click the checkbox next to the profile(s), click Continue.

STEP 5. Another prompt will ask to confirm the profile(s) you want to export licenses for, click Confirm.

STEP 6. You will see a "Success" message that the export will send to your email address associated to your login to download the file link. Click Done.

STEP 7. Open up your e-mail inbox and you should see the notification with a link to download your file.
