What is the Endpoint URL report?

Introducing Endpoint URL Report feature. You no longer have to manually open each of your forms to find the end-point URL info you need. It's a tedious process especially when you manage hundreds of forms.

Using this feature, you can download all the Endpoint URLs associated with all the forms(you manage) in a single CSV file. This feature is only accessible by Company Admin & Server Admin users. As a company admin, you'll be able to download EndpointURL Report for the profile you manageAs a server admin, you'll be able to download EndpointURL Report for all the profiles you manage.

How do I download the Endpoint URL report?

To download, please follow the instructions below.

STEP 1. Hover over the Mega Menu and under Forms, click Assignment.

If you are still on the classic interface, click here for instructions on accessing form assignment.

STEP 2. Click the download icon (as shown in the image below).

STEP 3. Select the profile or profiles for which want to download the reports for and click Download.

The CSV file will be downloaded to your hard drive.

PLEASE NOTE: The CSV will not contain forms that don't have an Endpoint URL.
