Enhancements

• In the license page, you can now download the table.  And if you are a server admin, you can download across multiple profiles.  This is ZIM disabled.  Downloading license is coming soon to ZIM.
• Added Unique Id element data as the subject for email notifications.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed issue where an admin could not unlock themselves in ZIM.
• EMAIL_SKIP_EMAIL_PDF now works with look up element.
• Special characters are no longer allowed in form packager names as it can cause issues.
