How do I enable billing on my account?
If you do not see the Billing link under the Company section, follow the instructions below to enable it. You must be a Server Admin in order to do this.
STEP 1. Hover over the Server Admin tab and select Server Info.
STEP 2. Scroll down to the Navigation Tab Customization section and click on Edit Navigation Tab.
STEP 3. Click the checkbox for Billing.
How do I purchase additional users?
STEP 1. Under the Company tab, select Billing.
If you have the new Mega Menu, hover over the menu and under Company click Billing:
STEP 2. Click Update Subscription.
STEP 3. Update the Current Number of Users field.
This number should reflect the total number of users you'd like your account to have. So if you currently have 15 and want to add 5, you would put 20 in that field.
STEP 4. Confirm your purchase.
- Click the checkbox for additional users.
- Type in CONFIRM PURCHASE
- Click Confirm.
STEP 5. Check that everything is correct and click Submit.
STEP 6. If you are on Dedicated Database, make sure you allocate licenses from this screen. Otherwise, click Done.
