Enhancements
- Allow for form.element_name in the Field Value for filtering with Look Up Element.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed issue where double clicking publish button would give an error for public links.
- Fixed issue where forms with over 1000 records could not be deleted.
- Fixed issue where changing an element type and updating it's dynamic attribute would cause an error.
- Shared forms no longer show in the form list.
