Enhancements
- Updated the sync functions for User Header. This function tells the device everything that should be downloaded upon each sync.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue in the drawing element where the pencil size would only go from 0-1. It is set back to 0-40.
- Assigned Subform records are no longer allowed to be deleted on the mobile device.
- There is no longer a delay between pressing sync and the sync dialog box appearing.
